Maru Manthan Academy offers digital educational products, including online mock tests, study materials, PDFs, and e-learning packages. Due to the digital and instantly accessible nature of these products, all sales are final.
We do not offer any refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once a purchase is successfully made and the premium content is assigned to your account. We highly recommend that you review the course structure, syllabus, and attempt any free demo tests provided before making a purchase.
The only exception to our strict No Refund policy is in the case of duplicate payments caused by technical glitches on the payment gateway. If your account is debited twice for a single transaction, please contact us immediately.
You must raise a ticket within 3 days of the transaction by emailing us at [email protected] with your transaction ID and proof of duplicate deduction. Upon verification, the duplicate amount will be refunded to the original source of payment within 5-7 working days.
Since the content is delivered instantly, cancellations of active subscriptions are not permitted. Your access will automatically expire at the end of your package's validity period.
