1. General Usage & Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information (such as Name, Email, and Phone number) during the registration process.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password).
• Our services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old, or students who possess legal parental or guardian consent to use the platform and make purchases.

2. Services & Digital Content

Maru Manthan Academy offers digital mock tests, PDFs, online classes, and structured study materials for competitive exams. Upon successful payment, access to the respective digital content is granted to your account instantly. We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove content at any time to keep the curriculum relevant, up-to-date, and aligned with exam patterns.

3. Pricing, Payments & Refund Policy

• Pricing: All prices listed on the platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change our package prices at any time. Active subscriptions will not be affected by subsequent price changes.
• Payments: Payments are securely processed through our authorized payment gateway partners (e.g., PhonePe, Razorpay). You authorize us to charge the designated amount for your purchases.
• Refund & Cancellation Policy: Due to the digital nature of our educational content (Test Series, PDFs, Video Access), all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a package is purchased and access is granted, we cannot offer cancellations or refunds. We highly recommend utilizing our "Free Demo Tests" available on the dashboard before making a final purchase.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content hosted on the Platform, including but not limited to mock tests, questions, explanations, PDFs, video lectures, graphics, logos, and source code, is the exclusive intellectual property of Maru Manthan Academy. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content strictly for personal, non-commercial use.

Prohibited Actions: Unauthorized reproduction, screen-recording, downloading (except where explicitly provided via official download buttons), distribution, or reselling of our materials is strictly prohibited and constitutes a severe legal offense.

5. User Conduct & Account Suspension

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose. Maru Manthan Academy reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate your account without notice or refund if you are found engaging in any of the following:

• Sharing your account credentials with third parties (multiple simultaneous logins from different IP addresses will trigger auto-suspension).
• Attempting to hack, scrape, or extract source code, questions, or databases from the Platform.
• Using abusive, threatening, or offensive language towards our staff, educators, or other users on our support channels or community forums.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Liability

Maru Manthan Academy strives to provide accurate, reliable, and high-quality educational content. However, we do not guarantee that the content will be entirely error-free, uninterrupted, or that it guarantees success or selection in any competitive examination.

In no event shall Maru Manthan Academy, its founders, or employees be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its materials.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including but not limited to platform usage, copyright infringement, or payment issues, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Hanumangarh, Rajasthan.
